Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Kant service, an online billing platform.

Subscription

The subscription has no commitment. It can be cancelled at any time from your account.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Moroccan dirham (MAD), excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added in line with local regulations. The applicable prices are those displayed on the site at the time of subscription.

Obligations

The user undertakes to use the service in compliance with the law and to provide accurate information at sign-up.

Liability

Kant uses its best efforts to ensure availability and compliance of the service. Kant's liability is capped at the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

Upon cancellation, the user can export all data. Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
